In the International Standard Classification, n-type connectors involve parts and accessories for telecommunications equipment, electrical equipment for special working conditions, electrical equipment and systems for aerospace, optical fiber communications, electrical devices, electromechanical components for electronic and telecommunications equipment, and road vehicle installations.
In the Chinese standard classification, n-type connectors involve connectors, explosion-proof electrical appliances, structural parts for electrical devices, electronic components, optical communication equipment, electrical equipment and lamps, and metal casting and forging materials for aviation and aerospace.
